Questions

What's the difference between laser engraving and UV printing?

Laser engraving marks the surface permanently in one tone. It's clean, classic and won't rub off. UV printing adds full color, so it's the better pick for logos with more than one color.

What logo file should I upload?

A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) gives the sharpest result, especially for laser engraving. For UV printing, a high-resolution PNG also works. If your file won't print well, we'll email you before we make anything.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order one knife or a few hundred. Set the quantity before you add to cart.

Can each knife have a different name?

Yes. Design the first one and add it to the cart, then change the name and add the next. Each one shows up as its own item in your order.

How much does it cost?

The knife is $39.99. Laser engraving adds $25 and UV printing adds $30, so each custom knife is $64.99 or $69.99. Shipping is free.

How long does it take?

Custom knives take a little longer than our standard knives because each one is made to order. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Need it by a certain date? Put it in the notes when you order.

Can I return a custom knife?

Because each knife is personalized, custom orders are final sale. If something arrives damaged or we got your design wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.
